Terms and Conditions for Booking a Place with Lakes Soccer Club

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the booking of a place with Lakes Soccer Club ("we", "us", or "our") for children's football coaching services.

1.Booking and Payment

1.1 To book a place, parents or guardians must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child, including name, age, gender, medical information, and emergency contact details.

1.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure a place for the child. We accept payment by credit card or other methods as specified on our website.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any reason, and we will refund the payment in full if we are unable to provide the requested coaching services.

2.Changes and Cancellations

2.1 Parents or guardians may request changes to their child's booking, subject to availability and at our discretion.

2.2 Cancellations made by parents or guardians more than 14 days prior to the start of the coaching services will be refunded in full, minus any administrative fee that applies.

2.3 Cancellations made by parents or guardians less than 7 days prior to the start of the coaching services will only be refunded at the discretion of staff t in exceptional circumstances.

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule coaching services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, staff illness, or facility closures. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date or time for the coaching services.

3.Conduct and Discipline

3.1 Children are expected to follow our code of conduct and behave appropriately at all times during the coaching services. This includes showing respect for coaches, other children, and equipment, as well as adhering to safety instructions.

3.2 We reserve the right to suspend or expel a child from the coaching services if they engage in inappropriate behavior, violate our code of conduct, or pose a risk to themselves or others.

3.3 Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time for the coaching services and is picked up promptly at the end of the session.

4.Liability and Insurance

4.1 We have public liability insurance that covers our coaching services, but we do not provide personal accident or medical insurance for children. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has adequate insurance coverage.

4.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the coaching services, except to the extent that such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.

5.Privacy Policy

5.1 Our privacy policy sets out how we collect, use, and protect personal information we receive from children and their parents or guardians. By booking a place with us, parents or guardians agree to our privacy policy.

6.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

7.Changes to these Terms
